The Bank operates a Call Center (+998-78-120-80-00) that provides telephone communication with customers. Through the Call Center, customers receive consultations and explanations related to the Bank’s activities, and verbal inquiries are also accepted.

In addition to accepting inquiries during business hours, the Call Center enables bank cardholders to report card loss or unauthorized use 24/7 and immediately block their bank cards.

Furthermore, for the convenience of customers, the Bank has provided the option to submit inquiries via its mobile application and the email address info@kdb.uz. This option is especially useful during periods of high workload at the Call Center.
