The next certificate of JSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan"

In order to enhance a banking service quality and in accordance with the Road Map on Reformation of Banking System of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2020, as well as the Recommendations of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, "Ahbor-Rating" Rating Agency had conducted a marketing research on NSP (Net Promoter Score) and CSI (Customer Service Index) to gauge the loyalty of the Bank’s customer relationships and customer satisfaction level between JSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan" and clients.

The results on NSP and CSI assessment as follows:

  • NSP – 93% (Promoter)
  • CSI – 95% (Highly satisfied)

JSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan" has been awarded with qA1 (HIGH-MODERN) level certification.
