KDB Bank Uzbekistan JSC (hereinafter referred to as “Bank”) expresses its respect and reminds you that on the basis of the requirements of paragraph 6 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-4086 dated December 26, 2018 “On the forecast of key macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the State budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2019 and budget guidelines for 2020 - 2021” stipulates that from January 1, 2019, legal entities are required to submit payment instructions for payment of unified social tax and personal income tax while withdrawing funds from the servicing banks for the payment of salary and equivalent to it payments (or while transferring them to plastic cards).
And also according to the letter of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan # 15-21/1638 dated December 30, 2019, the Bank has the right not to execute the payment instructions of the client to transfer the funds to plastic cards and to withdraw cash for payment of salary and equivalent payments, in case if above-mentioned documents are not presented to the Bank.
