New practice implemented allowing clients of one branch to get serviced at the other branch.
For the convenience of clients and in order to improve the quality of service, JSC “KDB Bank Uzbekistan” (hereafter – the Bank) has introduced a new practice, which allows clients having a bank account in one branch, to receive services over that bank account at the other branch.
Clients (individuals or legal entities) of one branch may visit any other branch of the Bank in order to carry out such transactions as cash withdrawal from an account, cash depositing to an account, submission of payment instructions in a paper form, opening, and closing of an account, receiving account statements, loan and trade finance transactions, as well as others.
