Dear Customers,
Various reports are being circulated on social media regarding cyberattacks that allegedly occurred on February 3 of this year, as well as the leakage of personal data of certain citizens.
In this regard, customers are strongly advised to strictly adhere to the following recommendations:
- do not click on links received from unknown or suspicious sources;
- do not share bank card details, SMS codes, passwords, or other personal information with third parties;
- trust only information published through the Bank’s official communication channels;
- in case of encountering any suspicious situations, immediately contact the Bank’s contact center or the relevant authorized authorities.
KDB Bank Uzbekistan considers the security of customers’ funds and personal data a top priority and continues to monitor the situation on an ongoing basis.
